We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. You can also place an order without registering.
Products are ordered via the internet from organigal.com via the shopping cart. All customer information is treated confidentially. When ordering from the online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to the valid delivery conditions.
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We use recycled packaging materials when packaging orders.

Stripe
Stripe is a safe and easy payment method. When you select a credit card payment on the Payment method page of the GreenHome Oyn online store, Stripe acts as the payment intermediary. The payment takes place directly on the online store's website and you are not directed to another service. When you pay with credit card payments offered by Stripe, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions, which you can find here.
Paytrail Oyj
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Refund policy
At Organigal Cosmetics, the health and safety of our customers is a priority. In compliance with European Union consumer protection laws, we do not accept returns for hygiene products due to their nature.
General return conditions
Right of return: Products can only be returned if they are unused and unopened. Each product is sealed with a special foil, and a broken seal invalidates the right to return.
Return period: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Customer's responsibility: The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
Return Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% charge
Sold out products: Sold out products cannot be returned.
Products to which the right of return does not apply
This policy applies to all personal care products, including but not limited to:

- Toiletries
- Cosmetics
- Intimate hygiene products
Reasons for the limitation of the right of return

In these cases, please contact our customer service within 2 business days of receiving your order so that the return or exchange process can begin.
How to report a problem
If the product you received is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us by email at info @organigal .com and include the following information:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the problem
- Photographic evidence of the problem
Processing returns and exchanges
Once we have received your message and confirmed the problem, we will notify you whether the return or exchange has been accepted or rejected. If the return or exchange is accepted, we will give instructions for further procedures.
Delivery
Shipping costs for return shipments and reshipments are the responsibility of the customer.
All refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
