Returns and Refund Policy

 

If you or notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer support team and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3-10 business days.

 

We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return is at your expense.

The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

Returns of orders are the responsibility of the Customer and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. In case of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received within 14 days, by bank transfer. We invite you to contact our team by email at info@organigal.com  We will let you know how to proceed.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any complaints.

 

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund cannot be made.

 

We set leading quality standards with our products. To keep in compliance with our quality protocols, we cannot allow products to return to our warehouse once they have left. We cannot control what happens to goods once they leave the warehouse. We have this policy to ensure you are getting the highest possible standards and to safeguard your health and wellbeing.

We do not allow returns or refunds for the following reasons:

 

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).

 

Buyer's Remorse –We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products or exchange of a product are to be offered at your expense and discretion. You would need to place a new order at your own expense.

 

Rejected by Customs - If a package is returned due to customs rejection, Organigal will not issue a refund. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research import regulations for each country they are ordering their products, and to pay any necessary customs fees.

Product is bought, but not yet shipped - In case, you wish to cancel the order while it is still in the status "Accepted", but the product has already been prepared for shipment, we will not be able to cancel and refund the order. You do have 24 hours from the time of ordering to contact info@organigal.com and we try to stop the delivery.

 

Postage Companies

Organigal is not liable for any goods lost or damaged by DHL, FedEx, Post or any other third-party postage carriers.

 

Didn’t like the taste (secondary consideration to its benefits)

We do our best to provide you with high-quality products that taste great, though we understand that deliciousness is subjective, and its perception varies depending on who takes the supplement. At the moment we are not able to issue a refund based on the taste of our products and not on results.

 

Are allergic to the product or an ingredient

All of our products contain a detailed label listing all of its ingredients. Please, make sure to read it carefully and consult with your doctor before buying, because we’ll be unable to offer you a refund on these grounds. If you need further clarification, you can always contact our customer service team to receive help.

 

Ordered too much

Unfortunately, you can’t return our products after receiving them. Please take care of your order and determine how many products you need.

 

Ordered the wrong item

It’s your responsibility to ensure you are ordering the correct item for you. If you are unsure which items to order, please contact our customer service team. If you order the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel you order before it goes out. However, we cannot make any guarantees. If you order has already been sent out, we cannot provide a refund or accept the goods back into our store. Please also take into consideration that customer service response times can take up to 24-hours and only occur on weekdays.

 

 Suffering from financial hardship

We understand that financial hardships can occur and that you may not be able to continue with your subscription at the moment. ( If subscription ) To avoid this situation, it may be better to choose the “one time” option for your preferred product when finishing your purchase. Whenever you find yourself in a better financial situation, you can continue buying our subscription products without issues.

 

In all other cases where your product does not arrive or is damaged, Organigal can issue a discretionary refund. If Organigal decides to issue a refund, credit will be applied to your original mode of payment.
