We reserve the right to change prices and shipping fees at any time. You can place an order without creating an account.

Orders are placed through our website at organigal.com via the shopping cart. All customer information is handled confidentially. By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the current shipping and payment terms.

Shipping fees include postage and packaging. We use recycled packaging materials whenever possible.


Payment Providers

Stripe
Stripe is a secure and easy payment option. When you choose credit card payment on Organigal’s checkout page, the transaction is processed securely via Stripe without redirecting you to another service. By choosing Stripe, you accept their terms and conditions, available here.

Paytrail Oyj
Payment services are also provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail will appear as the payment recipient on your bank or card statement and will forward the payment to us. Paytrail is a licensed payment institution. For any disputes, please contact the product supplier directly.

Refund & Return Policy

At Organigal Cosmetics, customer health and safety are our top priorities. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, returns are not accepted for hygiene-related products due to their nature.

General Return Terms

  • Return eligibility: Products may only be returned if they are unused, in original, unopened box and unopened. Each item is sealed with protective foil—broken seals void return eligibility.

  • Return period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Customer responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Sold-out items: Sold-out products are not eligible for return.

Products Not Eligible for Return

This policy applies to all personal hygiene items, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care products

  • Bath and shower products

  • Hygiene items

  • Cosmetics

  • Intimate hygiene products

Why Returns Are Limited

Due to the sensitive and personal nature of these items, and to ensure product integrity and customer safety, we cannot accept returns for opened or used hygiene products.

Exceptions to the Policy

We will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item

  • We made a shipping error

If any of these apply, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order.


How to Report a Problem

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at info@organigal.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo evidence of the problem

Once we review your request, we will confirm whether your return or exchange is approved and provide next steps.


Shipping & Returns Processing

Return and re-shipment shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
